What's going on in the world? Is it possible to improve or change the world through designs? Could we use clothing and different materials to show what is happening in our world? This project is based on focusing on the world, the waste and the climate change. How to re-use materials instead of wasting.
My statement:
Waste doesn't exist, it is about a decision we make. Do we choose the easy path and throw it away? Or are we going to re-use it in a different manner to give it new value?
Fashion has a meaning, purpose and an emotional elegance. It creates a new world of freedom.
Actionable Art is about Action orientated art, the incitement to create an art object out of waste materials. Normally the canvas is the carrier for the painting where the person is shown in the garment. In Actionable Art, the canvas serves as a wearer for the garment.
